Coil transport vehicle is a specialized vehicle used for transporting coil goods.
A coil generally refers to a rolled material, such as wire and cable coils, steel strip coils, copper strip coils, etc.
This type of transport vehicle can safely and efficiently transport coils from production workshops to warehouses, or from warehouses to places of use, such as construction sites (for cable laying), mechanical processing workshops (for conveying raw materials such as steel strips), etc.
In order to adapt to the circular shape of the coil, the car will be equipped with a dedicated load-bearing bracket.
The bracket generally has a V-shaped or curved design.
The V-shaped bracket can effectively clamp both sides of the circular coil to prevent it from rolling;
The curved bracket fits more closely to the outer circumference of the coil, providing stable support.
The surface of the bracket usually has anti slip materials such as rubber to increase the friction between the coil and the bracket, further ensuring the stability of the coil.

There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
